Connecticut-based masters of melodic death metal Fires In The Distance is back with a new single “Harbingers” and a new record Air Not Meant for Us. The single features an orchestral collaboration with Randy Slaugh (Devin Townsend, Tesseract, Periphery) and you can check it out in all its majesty below.

Air Not Meant For Us is the first Fires In The Distance album with new drummer Jordan Rippe, and features Burial In The Sky guitarist James Tomedi on instrumental track “Adrift, Beneath the Listless Waves.” Air Not Meant For Us is out April 28 and is available for pre-order here.
