The ShipRocked cruise attendees were in for a surprise yesterday as an all-star group took the stage for a cover of Metallica‘s “One.” The cover’s lineup included vocalist Randy Blythe (Lamb Of God), bassist David Ellefson (The Lucid, Kings Of Thrash, ex-Megadeth), guitarists Andy Wood and Benjamin Eller, and drummer James Campbell.
This also isn’t the first time Blythe has covered Metallica live, having joined Bay Area Interthrashional for a crushing cover of “Fight Fire With Fire” in August of last year.
