Dragonforce has shared a power metal makeover of Taylor Swift‘s song “Wildest Dreams”, named “Wildest Dreams (DragonForce’s Version)”. No, you didn’t misread that.
Taylor Swift‘s chart-topping hit has now been transformed into a lightning-fast metal anthem, complete with shredding guitar solos and vocals that soar higher than a dragon’s breath. This cover is included as a bonus track on select editions of their upcoming album, Warp Speed Warriors, which drops on March 15 via Napalm Records.
Dragonforce performed this rendition live on their recent North American tour, and they will probably keep it on the setlist as they kick off their European co-headline tour with Amaranthe in Hamburg next week, with Infected Rain supporting as special guests. Check out the dates below
