Soulfly has officially announced Mike DeLeon from Philip H. Anselmo & the Illegals as their new guitarist. DeLeon fills the void left by guitarist Marc Rizzo, who parted ways with Soulfly in 2021. On the new recruitment, Soulfly has only commented “Welcome Mike DeLeon, to the Soulfly Tribe!”
DeLeon is no stranger to the Cavalera family either, having played with Max Calavera‘s son Richie Cavalera‘s band Incite in 2021.
